    Broad host shuttle plasmid pBBR1MCS-1 is constructed by Kovach, has confirmed that [2] can replicate in many Gram-negative bacteria, including Acetobacter xylinum, Alcaligenes eutrophus, Bartonella, bacilliformis (Bordetella spp.), pertussis (Brucella spp.), Caulobacter of Brucella crescentus, Escherichia coli, Pseudomonas fluorescens, Paracoccous denitrificans (Pseudomonas fluorescens) Pseudomonas putida (P., putida), alfalfa Rhizobium (Rhizobium meliloti), R. leguminosarum by.
